CDW: Collision Damage Waiver

The renter's liability for damage to the vehicle is limited as follows, provided that the terms and conditions of the rental agreement are complied with:

  • Up to €500 for categories A and A1.
  • Up to €600 for categories B, C and C1.
  • Up to €1,000 for categories D, D1 and E.
  • Up to €1,500 for category H.

SCDW (Super Collision Damage Waiver): Extended Collision Damage Waiver

By paying an additional fee, the renter is fully released from liability for any damage to the vehicle, except for damage to the underbody, glass, wheels and keys. The additional charge is €4 per day for categories A, A1, B, B1, C and C1, €9 per day for categories D, D1 and E, and €15 per day for category H.

WUG (Wheels, Underbody, Glass, Mirrors and Keys): Additional Damage Waiver

By paying an additional fee, the renter is fully released from liability for damage to the underbody, glass, mirrors, wheels and keys. The additional charge is €3 per day for categories A, A1, B, B1, C, C1, D, D1 and E, and €7 per day for category H.

PAI (Personal Accident Insurance): The renter is covered by Personal Accident Insurance (PAI) with a maximum compensation amount of €5,000.

Insurance Coverage

The vehicles are covered by third-party liability insurance (excluding the driver) for death or bodily injury up to €1,220,000 per accident. Property damage to third parties (excluding the company's vehicle) is also covered up to €1,220,000 per accident. Any amount exceeding these limits shall be the responsibility of the renter.

Theft / Fire

For vehicle categories A, A1, B, B1, C, C1, D, D1, E and H, the renter is fully released from liability for any damage resulting from theft or fire, provided that the Super Collision Damage Waiver (SCDW) has been accepted.

Roadside Assistance

All company vehicles are covered by 24-hour roadside assistance.

Taking the Vehicle Outside Greece

Transporting or driving the company's vehicle outside the territory of Greece is prohibited without the company's prior written consent.

Transport by Ferry

Transporting the vehicle by ferry requires the company's prior written approval.
